This release is modified from the original.

- pakserve will support pkz files up to 999,999 files
- pakutil9 will also support creating and reading of pkz files up to 999,999 files

- regular pakutil will support reading/creation of pkz up to 32,768 files, the max of q2pro-r1ch client

- with this, you can use pakutil to create client pkz files, and pakutil9 to create giant server pkz files
  for use with pakserve.

- dependencies on github.com have been built-in to the go project files instead
- compile.bat and compile.sh included so you can easily compile it yourself if wanted

- I have not fully tested these changes. Q2Pro modern client/server supports up to 1,048,576 files in a PKZ.
